Cleaning and Lubrication: Before installation, thoroughly clean the journal, bearing housing bore, and bearing with a cleaning solvent to remove oil stains, impurities, etc., ensuring the cleanliness of the installation surface. Subsequently, evenly apply an appropriate amount of grease to the inner ring, outer ring, and rolling elements of the bearing to provide good lubrication conditions for the operation of the bearing.
Installation Method and Precision Control: The installation process must follow the principle of "smooth, accurate, and in place". For bearings with interference fits, the heating installation method (heating the bearing to an appropriate temperature to expand its inner diameter and then fitting it onto the journal) or the cold installation method (using liquid nitrogen, etc. to cool the journal to shrink its outer diameter and then installing the bearing) can be adopted to ensure installation accuracy and avoid damaging the bearing due to forced hammering. After installation, re-check parameters such as bearing clearance and installation position to ensure they meet the equipment requirements.
